This is a pickling pot. It’s a lidded vessel with a ceramic weight that fits inside the crock to hold vegetables under water for fermentation. It’s great for cabbage, small cucumbers, radish, or anything else you want to ferment. SOLD

This is a part of a series of teapots inspired by mushrooms. This one is an earthy brown like the forest floor, with vibrant mushrooms poking their heads out into the air above.
