This is a pickling pot (aka fermentation crock) which holds about 2-3 pounds of cabbage, to yield about 1 Quart of Sauerkraut. You can also ferment any other vegetable in here as well. This is a combination of Cone 10 glazes in an Oxidation firing. 2011.
